Gluten Friendly Pizza Dough
Our made in house Gluten Friendly Pizza Dough is made using Molino certified gluten free flour. While all of the ingredients are gluten free due to the fast paced nature of our kitchen the gluten friendly pizzas there is still a possibility of cross-contamination with gluten products.
For extra protection from cross-contamination you may select the “disposable baking tray” option (+$1). When this option is selected we will bake your gluten friendly pizza on a single use baking tray that will provide extra protection from gluten and reduce the chances of cross-contamination. However, some cross-contamination is likley as pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings will be used from our regular stocks.
The gluten friendly pizza is available in our personal (about 9-10 inches) size only.
If you require a more gluten free pizza this can generally be accommodated with advance notice. Please email managers@bypizza.co to coordinate. However, please note that we can never completely eliminate the possibility for cross contamination to occur so consume at your own risk.
